Fee-For-Service (FFS)

$80 – 150 per completed evaluation

We have great opportunities for positive, motivated individuals to work in a FQHC outpatient clinic setting.

In this position, you will:

• Perform initial evaluations, treatment planning and follow up for patients referred for psychiatric services.

• Ensures that patients receive appropriate follow-up care and instructions

• Consults with family, professional, and service providers and patients as appropriate explaining all psychopharmacological and/or behavioral interventions as prescribed.

• Demonstrates willingness to be flexible in meeting the needs of the individual and the caretakers.

• Be on-call after hours to provide needed services.

• Reviews ancillary mental health services (e.g. psychotherapy, psychology) for appropriateness, utilization review and recertification.

We require:

• NYS Licensed Psychologist Credentials

• Prior experience with psychological and neurological testing
