Description

We are offering a contract opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Beverly Hills. This role involves a variety of technical and customer support functions for various department activities. You will be instrumental in reviewing plans for compliance with city ordinances and responding to building, planning, zoning, engineering, and other on-site development-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive customer service in response to various inquiries related to building, planning, and zoning.

• Interpret and apply City ordinances, rules, and regulations relevant to the development process.

• Conduct efficient data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring top-notch customer service at all times.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to effectively manage and organize work tasks.

• Schedule appointments and manage correspondence via email.

• Review and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.

• Maintain a high level of independence and specialized knowledge to effectively handle unique situations.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of development activities.

Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle queries and complaints efficiently.

• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.

• Proficient in managing email correspondence, responding promptly and effectively.

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, and task management.

• Ability to create and edit presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
