Description

We are offering a contract for a PT Bookkeeper position (10 hrs/wk) in our Health Pharm/Biotech industry based in Beverly, Massachusetts. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial data management, from account reconciliation to maintaining Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the management of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Oversee and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) records

• Conduct regular account reconciliation tasks

• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for bookkeeping and data entry tasks

• Manage bank reconciliations effectively

• Ensure the accuracy of financial data by performing regular bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in Account Reconciliation is required.

• Must have proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP).

• Skilled in managing Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Knowledge of Bank Reconciliations is essential.

• Proven experience in Bookkeeping is necessary.

• Must have the ability to perform accurate Data Entry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
