Masis Staffing is hiring CNC Mills and LatheOperators for a composite material manufacturing company in Rochester, NH. This is a Temp-To-Hire opportunity with weekly pay!

3rd Shift - Monday - Friday - 10pm - 6 am - $20- $25/hour DOE!

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of piece work operations utilizing hand tools and/or assembling, milling, hot stamping, lathes, and welding machines to ensure product meets customer specifications.

• Contribute to the efforts of the team in the assigned group to meet the daily goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.

• Contribute efforts to maintain zero lost time accidents, both in the area and throughout the plant.

• Drive and support efforts to maintain good housekeeping practices in both the assigned group and throughout the facility.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has machine operator or CNC/ Lathe experience 3 years min.

• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time

• Ability to work in hot environment

• Basic Math Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
