Summary of Position:
A full-time, 3 year temporary position that will direct and expand the College's existing recruitment efforts and coordinate all admission processes. The Recruitment and Admissions Administrator will report to the Assistant Dean of Student Success. The position will require substantial contact, virtual and in-person, with prospective students, applicants, and newly admitted students both internal to the University and from external colleges and universities. The administrator will work closely with the Assistant Dean and the College's Admissions Committee to implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy reliant on both traditional recruitment efforts and social media marketing. The admissions process will be directed by the Admissions Committee and the Recruitment and Admissions Administrator will assist with advancement of the College's holistic process. Direct contact with prospective students and applicants will require effective interpersonal and communication skills.
