Williams Plumbing / Civil Construction Plumbing Foreman - Billings in Billings, Montana

The Plumbing Foreman is expected to put on their tool belt and actively participate in hands-on tasks as needed to ensure project success and team efficiency. The Foreman is responsible for supervision, delegation, and management of the performance of assigned team, ensuring productive and efficient workflow while adhering to company policies and project specifications. Executing work flows to include all required documentation.

What You'll Do:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities and communication to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Leadership: Demonstrate daily leadership of people and projects with minimal disruption to workflows.

  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

  • Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and quality standards.

  • Resource Management: Allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during construction, including those related to workforce, materials, and scheduling.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and any issues, and report these to project managers and other stakeholders.

  • Communication: Facilitate clear communication between assigned team, subcontractors, and management to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Training: Provide training and guidance to workers to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets by meeting financial goals and escalating concerns appropriately.

  • Documentation: Complete all required documentation, including but not limited to work orders, reporting and daily/time logs, accurately and in a timely manner in appropriate technology platforms.

    What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical/plumbing work

  • Field supervision experience is strongly preferred

  • Current valid Montana Journeyman Plumber's license
