Purpose:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management, to play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation across various domains, including process, technology and behavioral change. The ideal candidate is a hands-on change management expert who excels in managing complex change efforts while focusing on the human side of transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure that changes are effectively executed, processes are optimized, and employees are supported throughout the transformation journey. This role combines strategic change with detailed execution to deliver meaningful results.
The position offers the flexibility to be performed remotely from a U.S.-based location.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Change Strategies: Lead the development and execution of change on transformational projects, including digital shifts, organizational restructuring, behavioral, cultural or process improvements. Translate high-level strategies into practical action plans, ensuring smooth integration into day-to-day operations.
- Hands-On Change Execution: Implement change efforts practically by engaging directly with teams, facilitating workshops, managing timelines, and addressing risks, issues and challenges during transformational change.
- Human-Centered Change Management: Prioritize the employee experience in all change initiatives. Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand impacts on different groups and design tailored strategies to engage, support, and guide them through the change process.
- Manage Complex, Cross-Functional Change Projects: Oversee complex change initiatives involving multiple departments or teams. Coordinate efforts, manage dependencies, risks, issues and ensure each phase of the change is completed on time and delivers value.
- Change Readiness and Impact Assessments: Conduct assessments to understand the organization's readiness for change, including workforce capabilities and attitudes. Identify potential risks and barriers and develop interventions to mitigate them, ensuring smoother adoption of new processes or systems.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Communications Leads to develop and execute communication plans that ensure transparency and understanding across the organization. Tailor communications to different audiences to keep employees informed, motivated, and aligned with change objectives.
- Learning: Work with Learning & Development Leads to develop training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the transformed environment. Collaborate to deliver relevant and impactful learning materials.
- Monitor and Optimize Change Efforts: Track progress against change management goals and metrics, adjusting as needed. Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to continuously improve the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership and Project Sponsors to ensure change initiatives align with broader business objectives and that all teams are prepared for new ways of working.
- Global Team Collaboration: Work with global teams to ensure consistent and effective change management practices across different regions. Foster collaboration and alignment among diverse teams to achieve outcomes.
What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- Proven experience in change management (10+ years), with hands-on involvement in driving transformational, digital, process, culture and behavioral changes and managing complex change projects.
- Strong knowledge of human-centered change principles, with experience leading change initiatives that emphasize employee engagement and support.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, actionable messaging for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading change efforts across various parts of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills, able to assess readiness for change and the impact on both people and processes.

- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR or other) is a plus
