At Leonard Bus, we provide competitive pay, paid on-the-job training, and a state-of-the-art facility.- Paid time off available after your first day- Great benefit package including multiple medical options, dental, vision, 8 paid holidays, flexible spending, dependent care, and 401k with company match- Company paid benefits including short and long term disability and life insurance- Weekly pay- Apparel- Up to $2,000 referral bonusResponsibilities of Accounts Payable Specialist:- Performs accounting support functions requiring knowledge of company general ledger accounts and accounts payable policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy through the monthly reconciliation of all payments made.- Reviews and processes all vendor invoices to ensure accuracy, alignment with purchase order, and receipt of all required approvals.- Performs timely reconciliation of all vendor statements.- Assists in ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year end close through adherence to the Accounting Month End Close Checklist. Minimum Requirements of Accounts Payable Specialist:- Associates degree in Accounting, Business or similar field. - Minimum of two (2) years of accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.- Computer proficiency in web-based programs and applications, Microsoft Office Suite applications and related departmental software, with preference toward dealer management system (DMS) experience, to include researching and looking up information.
