Job Description
Good Shepherd Fairview Home a member of Good Shepherd Communities, a not-for-profit facility located in Binghamton, NY is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our leadership team. We are seeking a highly qualified LNHA with skilled nursing, rehabilitation and leadership experience to continue the growth, good reputation, outstanding quality and sense of family and community that Good Shepherd Fairview Home and Rehabilitation has enjoyed.
Good Shepherd Fairview Home consists of 54 skilled nursing beds, 35 EALR beds, 32 ALP beds, and 40 Independent Living Apartments.
The LNHA has the responsibility and accountability for:
Planning, scheduling and staffing, coordinating, and delivering of all patient care services
Administration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure safe & quality care
Financial management and stewardship
Monitor and maintain facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulations
Identifies opportunities and addresses deficiencies
Knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to position

Qualifications
Certification and Licensure
- Active New York NHA License
Education
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
3+ years as a LNHA in a long-term care facility
Previous relevant leadership experience including substantial and well-rounded knowledge of facility operations
