Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex Parking and Transportation Manager in Birmingham, Alabama
Summary/Objective The Parking and Transportation Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing all aspects of parking, traffic and shuttle operations for the BJCC including the Coca Cola Amphitheater. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient parking experience for guests while managing the contractual relationship and coordinating with the external parking vendor. Responsibilities include managing the day-today operations and strategically forecasting parking, traffic and shuttle needs for upcoming events. An expert knowledge of the facilities and surrounding parking assets is required. The incumbent is expected to have strong organizational and communication skills, experience in parking for event operations, and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
