Responsibilities

• Operational support for accounting department

• Monitoring budget and productivity for department

• Inventory analysis and control

• Reconciling the general ledger

• Financial reporting

• AP processing and vendor maintenance

• Must have Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting OR related field

• Experience with purchase orders, sales orders, and shipping paperwork preferred

Skills

• GAAP Principles (1 year of experience is required)

• General Ledger Reconciliation (1 year of experience is required)

• Financial Reporting (1 year of experience is required)
