Cadmus Training Coordinator in Bismarck, North Dakota

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Training Coordinator in our Technology Solutions Division you will be supporting a federal government project to train and coordinate State agencies onboarding to a new federal government program. You will be working alongside a very mature, high functioning, and autonomous product development team. State agencies will need to be trained to understand, use, and integrate with the new federal product. As a Training Coordinator, you will be working with a variety of individuals with a broad range of expertise. The high degree of team, stakeholder, and customer interaction requires strong communication and customer support skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish common understanding of the functionality for the product based on series of client stakeholders and subject matter experts

  • Train stakeholders on system/API functionality and development requirements

  • Manage schedule and backlog for customer training and integration

  • Support customers with ad-hoc requests and non-technical troubleshooting

  • Facilitates customer communication and engagement

  • Foster a positive customer relationship

  • Develop resources and documentation to support the training and integration effort

  • Coordinate with other impacted team members and disciplines, including researchers, designers, and engineers

  • Document business processes by creating workflow diagrams and flow charts

  • Offer limited technical translations of the product to stakeholders and customers

  • Report on progress to team, client, and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required for this contract

  • 3+ years of relevant job experience in Training or teaching.

  • IT skills

  • Prior experience as training, implementation specialist, or customer engagement roles

  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to be able to operate with autonomy and quickly solve problems on the fly

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to have a warm and supportive client presence

  • Must be comfortable presenting without a script in front of a large client groups

  • Must be a team player and be able to build positive working relationships with team members and project managers that encourage open communication and a supportive team environment

  • Experience in Federal Environment will be a strong plus

  • BA or BS in related field of study required

Additional Information:

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $90,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
