JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities include but are not limited to, supporting productions\' quality needs through use of Romer and CMM inspection machines and various measuring tooling such as: Calipers, micrometer, height gauges and other inspection tools. The employee must process a working knowledge of drawings and computer programs needed to support the quality functional team. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Component and assembled part layout in accordance to drawing Finished goods audit Line Romer for quality concerns Support / Engage of deviations Support Calibration system (inspection, test equipment, functional gages) Complete capability studies on critical, major and minor characteristics Program development in PPAP principles and practices Document & record data collected on inspection forms legibly Promote quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations Assist with Housekeeping in NCM area Support Operations with NCMR process, inspect parts Follow ITAR processes when appropriate Assist NCM area with material handling, inventory, non-standard jobs etc. Perform other duties as directed by Manager ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years\' experience working in a similar position is preferred ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: 915 Red Iron Road Black River Falls, WI 54665 Mail a Rsum: 915 Red Iron Road Black River Falls, WI 54665 E-Mail a Rsum: amanda.karau-skar@nelsongp.com
