The Role:

This entry-level sales support position is based in our Blacks Harbour, NB sales office and works closely with the Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Accounting teams. This position offers the opportunity for someone to learn, advance and demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

The Claims Clerk is responsible for:

• Monitoring and actioning customer service email requests

• Data entry of customer credit requests

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

• Preparing reports as required

  The successful candidate will possess:

• Excellent customer service skills

• A sense of urgency

• Individual drive

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Experience in customer service, sales, or administration (preferred)
