  What you’ll do as a Supervisory Inventory Management

• Review and approve material purchase orders

• Work with vendors to resolve invoice and order discrepancies

• Assist with monthly inventory and reporting

• Participate in the hiring and training of field warehouse technicians

• Assist with the initial warehouse setup when new locations open

• Build relationships with the operations teams and assist with their material needs

• Ensure compliance with established procedures

• Plans, develops, and implements warehouse safety and security programs and activities

• Manages the activities of inventory personnel and yard workers on an ongoing basis

• Identifies, defines and monitors performance-related KPI metrics and holds department personnel accountable to achieving departmental standards

• Other duties as assigned

  What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

• 3-5 years progressive warehouse experience

• Strong communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Self motivated, ability to multitask and prioritize work load

• Ability to meet established deadlines

• Business Management or Degree preferred. Previous management experience. Minimum 5 years or a combination of both

• Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card

• Ability to apply project management concepts, and methodologies

• Proven leadership in a cross functional team environment

• General understanding of Business Financial and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Ability to safely operate forklift, telehandler and skid steer equipment

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance

  Pay Range $80K - $100K / Yr
