Pay: $28-$32 an hour

Shift: 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday (OT available on Friday)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and cleaning building systems, manufacturing equipment, and tools to ensure customer specifications and delivery schedules are met efficiently and safely. This role involves performing routine inspections and testing of equipment, assisting with the installation and breakdown of new machines, and completing preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and clean building systems, manufacturing equipment, and tools in a safe and efficient manner.

• Perform routine inspections and testing of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality and safe conditions.

• Assist in the installation and breakdown of new machines, equipment, and tools.

• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance.

• Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.

• Dismantle machinery and remove/replace defective parts.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical and electrical skills

• Preventive maintenance experience

• Troubleshooting abilities

• Blueprint reading skills

• Experience with hand tools, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
