Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor
Reports to: DC Manager

About the Position:
AC Pro is looking for someone with experience to supervise multiple order deadlines by overseeing the completion of receiving, order pulling, manufacturing, and shipping tasks daily. Through direct supervision of warehouse staff, the supervisor will assign tasks to employees, and report daily progress to the manager.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory
Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse associates
Assign workloads to warehouse associates
Direct the safe unloading and loading of materials and packages for incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required, maintain inventory of product, file records as required
Supervise the assembly of inventory orders
Monitor the data entry, correct errors of shipment orders
Prepare route schedule for drivers, assist with packing and preparing orders for delivery, load trucks, schedule and oversee deliveries and pick – ups
Assist management by establishing warehouse standards and procedures, advise of budget related needs, assist with bid process for supplies as required
Observe health and safety regulations, maintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
Provide reports to the branch manager
Covers vacant position when necessary and manages any weekend business when required
May be assigned special projects by the branch manager as required.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Ability to meet productivity standards and complete work in timely manner.
Ability to utilize hand trucks, or other handling equipment to move material within a warehouse.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Ability to follow specific verbal and written instructions and work well in fast paced, team setting.
Work overtime as required by business needs.
Perform job tasks using specific safety tools and actions as provided in training.
Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in the operations and activities of the warehouse.
Train, supervise and evaluate staff.
Computer knowledge, Microsoft software, Excel, Word, Power Point. Eclipse a plus.
Truck/Delivery dispatch experience
Physical Requirements:
Ability to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch for prolonged periods of time (8 hours or more a day)
Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs. anything over 50lbs must be assisted
Ability to reach, feel, grasp, grip, carry, push and pull
Must be able to work in various conditions that exist in a warehouse environment: cold, heat, wind, dusty, etc. wet, noisy

Schedule: 1:00PM to 11:00PM, Monday to Friday some Saturdays and overtime as needed.
Must be flexible for special projects or increased demand due to time of year.
Compensation: $69,663- $73,820 (DOE)
