Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Order Entry Specialist for our leading manufacturing client based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operations of our order processing department and delivering high-quality services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders in an accurate and timely manner

• Perform data entry tasks to update our internal systems with customer information

• Maintain and update records of processed orders

• Prioritize and manage multiple orders simultaneously

• Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to ensure a seamless order process

• Resolve any discrepancies associated with processing of orders

• Follow standard procedures to improve efficiency of the order processing team

  Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• 1-3 years' experience in a similar order entry, data entry, or administrative role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Experience with ERP systems
