Position Summary: In the Advanced Technology Services (ATS) group at SkyWater, our team works hand in hand with customers to develop a wide range of exciting new, novel, and fully customized technologies - including superconducting ICs, quantum computing devices, carbon nanotube devices, MEMs, Bio sensors, DNA sequencing devices, Si photonics, and III-V devices. Photolithography is a core component of that work. SkyWater is looking for an outstanding engineer to join the team and further drive photolithography development. Responsibilities: New process development/transfer/integration in a manufacturing environment. Develop or integrate robust manufacturable process recipes for ATS customers in the area of photolithography. Development of specialized/novel device integration schemes to support customer needs. Drive continuous improvement of process capability and controls. Resolve process excursions and drive permanent Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
