Job Description

Repairs and maintains machinery, equipment and buildings. Installs new and used equipment under direction of maintenance superintendent and original equipment manufacturer with a self-starter attitude.. This is a multi-task position requiring entry-level skills of carpentry, millwright, plumbing and advanced (learned or previously acquired) electrical/electronic skills.

• Maintenance and repair of building and equipment utilizing summary skills
• Welding, cutting, metal fabrication, electrical/electronic troubleshooting, carpentry, plumbing, pipefitting, etc.
• Snow removal, grounds maintenance and vehicle maintenance
• Installation of new equipment, facilities remodeling and alterations, as required
• Parts ordering and record keeping
• Utility functions errands, routine can-do tasks
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time, Night shift Maintenance (With the option of starting 8pm-4am, OR 9pm-5am, OR 10pm-6am)
