Provides administrative or office support to nonexecutive employees, departments or functions.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

This position provides business administrative support in the following areas:

Support corporate programs such as Safety, MVS Program, Operational Excellence and Compliance

Support admin activities required by the team related with Oil Analysis Program, Carbon Tax, In Voicing process, Ariba, Forecast, Contracts, Credit Notes, and Compliance requirements.

Coordinate office supplies and other services

Process and file expenses including vendor set-up.

Provide calendar coordination for large and recurring meetings, customer, and internal event coordination.

Review Operational Excellence performance, and training compliance and trace accordingly.

Executes legal governance documents, ensures custody of legal books and governance documents.

Must be able to handle confidential information and establish a positive and professional working relationship and communications among team members, business leaders and other staff members discreetly and routinely.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical Degree, diploma or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or finance.

  • 3+ year of experience as an administrative assistant or in other position with similar tasks and responsibilities.

  • Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams) and SAP Concur expense reporting.

  • Ability to support travel booking (including international trips, visa application documents, etc.).

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be a collaborative team player.

  • Self-motivated, able to learn quickly, anticipates management needs, and can discreetly handle confidential information.

  • Strong collaboration and people skills with the ability to work with a diverse workforce.

  • Strong organization skills and attention to details are crucial.

  • Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and effective manner, orally, and in writing; good listener; maintains tactful and professional demeanor in all situations with all levels at Chevron and with outside organizations.

  • English Intermediate level is desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, in administrative management, finance, marketing management

  • Proficient in SharePoint and data management.
