We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Financial Operations team. In this role you will track and manage marketing teams’ budgets and make sure spending and completions of projects are aligned with quarter progression. Responsibilities include raising Purchase Orders and tracking, managing budget sheets and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Work to understand basic accounting principles including expense recognition, pre-paid, accruals, capital expenditures and amortizations a plus

  • Coordinate and track regional marketing program spending which includes: raising purchase orders, coordinating SOWs, supporting new supplier set-up, and expediting vendor invoices and producing PO expenditure reports

  • Work with project/budget owners and finance to ensure appropriate accounting and expense recognition by making sure all orders are placed and received in a timely manner

  • Monitor processes and tracks invoices

  • Support other projects and performs other duties as required

  • Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze and manage budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.

  • Budgeting Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with financial management software and analysis tools, such as Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems.

  • Campaign Evaluation: Skill in assessing the performance of marketing campaigns in relation to the allocated budget.

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding marketing metrics and KPIs, such as cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on investment (ROI).

  • Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions about resource allocation.

  • Problem-Solving: Skill in identifying and resolving discrepancies in budgets or issues in campaign execution.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Corporate Communications, Marketing/PR or related field.

  • 2-5 years of related work experience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • The ideal candidate is process driven, detail oriented, flexible and a gifted collaborator

  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently on projects

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. SharePoint and CQ5 experience a plus

  • Understanding of online content strategy and target marketing

  • Team-orientated, strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), able to work with and effectively communicate across the marketing organization, cross-functionally, and with suppliers in a professional manner

    Preferred Qualifications:
