Oracle Sr Principal Project Manager in BOGOTA, Colombia
Job Description
Will be part of the Americas Cloud Hardware Support Program Office driving operational excellence across OCI regions.
We are looking for problem solvers with strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions while navigating ambiguity. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with OCI region leads to review KPI performance and identify opportunities for improvement. This position involves managing multiple projects, coordinating resources across multiple teams and organizations, mitigating risks and communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful program execution. Looking for a candidate with an emphasis on data and business analytics.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support indirect teams within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
Manage data collection and review for updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent service
Partner with other areas and share findings and tools to improve overall Cloud Hardware Support success
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact overall delivery and take proactive steps to mitigate them
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across teams
Qualifications
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology.
Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes.
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
Typically 12 years of related experience to include 10 or more years of project management experience desired.
