Office Administrator in our Real Estate Office. Candidates must be able to multitask. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator handle daily office tasks, offer memorandums and flyers, updating and following up on current and potential listings for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our companys office and contributes to driving sustainable growth. Bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks and NYS Real Estate License is a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications."
