Position Purpose:

 

This position is a key contributor to the overall growth, development, and partnership with the Albertsons team. This role will provide support across the seasonal and non-seasonal businesses. Responsibility examples include (but not limited to): Demandtec / NOPA System, Periscope, Albertsons Partner Portal, One World Sync, Albertsons vendor forms and 3rd party vendor forms. This individual is highly motivated, communicates exceptionally well, builds relationships with key internal / external partners, and has a robust existing knowledge of Albertsons internal back-office functions. This is a critical role for the Lindt Albertsons Team and will have Lindt internal as well as Albertsons external responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Business Support:

  • Ownership of yearly promotional calendar inputs, tracking, and reconciliation.

  • Responsible for managing Albertsons promotional and contract submission platform (Demandtec, Periscope, Partner Portal).

  • Manages all-in-one submissions and display sell sheets for all seasons.

  • Albertsons submissions and maintenance of Lindt new items and product conversions.

  • Lindt Albertsons Team liaison to internal Lindt headquarters One World Sync Team.

  • Ownership of the price changes through Albertsons Partner Portal.

  • Liaison between Albertsons procurement team and Lindt customer service team to ensure all purchase orders are accurate and adjusted to deliver on time.

  • Provide administrative support, including but not limited to resolving deduction questions, pricing discrepancies, and miscellaneous issues.

  • Work directly with RGM Analyst and Key Account Specialists regarding seasonal and non-seasonal presentation needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience:

  • 2-3 years Albertsons back-office experience

  • 1-3 years analytical sales experience

  • 1-3 years experience with syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI)

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Robust technical background involving Albertsons back-office systems.

  • Proficient computer skills with strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to create and use graphs, formulas, and pivot tables.

  • Self-reliant with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.

  • Excellent written and oral communication.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Minimal Travel Required.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred

Other Requirements:

  • Position is based in Boise, ID preferably

  • Travel to Lindt Corporate office in Stratham, NH, and team conferences and meetings as needed
