Looking for upbeat, self starting team player to work in Chiropractic / Naturopathic / Acupuncture clinic assisting the doctor.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings - 5:00 AM to about 1:00 PM / Thursday mornings 8:00 to 1:00 PM - working in exam rooms with doctor as medical assistant. Some duties include greeting patients and taking them to exam rooms, getting patient histories, entering patient information into electronic medical records program, checking injection supplies for the day, recording diagnosis codes into electronic medical records program, filling out procedure information for front desk staff, scanning medical records into electronic files and assisting other staff as needed.

Familiarization with medical terminology a must.

This person will eventually cross train to be capable of working the front desk / reception position one day a week.

This position is mornings only leaving afternoons available for other activities.

\ Days off will include Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Hours may increase if other staff members need time off and the person in this position is requested to fill in.
