Ferrellgas Truck Drivers are critical to our success as they are the face of our company in their daily interactions with our current and future customers.As full-time truck driver on our team, you will pick up and deliver propane to residential and industrial customersin a safe and efficient manner. Ferrellgas delivery drivers can expect to work local routes and be home every night; however, on-call rotations for after hours and weekend emergency deliveries may be needed. Assists the operations supervisor in ensuring compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Assists the operations supervisor in identifying potential issues and proactively developing resolutions. Completes other field-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or high school equivalent. One year of work-related experience. Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and other safety, environmental, and governmental standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on team building and developing a positive rapport with company employees at all levels. Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment. Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a customer-focused environment.
