ManpowerGroup Machine Safety Documentation in Boston, Massachusetts

Our client, in Boston, MA , is seeking a Machine Safety Documentation Specialist to join their team. As a Machine Safety Documentation Specialist, you will be part of the Safety and Engineering Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Safety Documentation Specialist

Location: South Boston, MA

Pay Range: $35 per hour

40 Hrs./Week Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as HS&E and engineering to understand the specific requirements and objectives of the machine safety documentation.

  • Conduct a thorough search and review of existing documentation to identify gaps and deficiencies in machine safety procedures.

  • Develop and create new machine safety documentation, including risk assessments, safety procedures, and SOPs, based on best practices and applicable safety standards.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information and insights for accurate and comprehensive documentation.

  • Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and easily understandable, using appropriate language and formatting.
