Adecco US, Inc. Office Clerk in Boston, Massachusetts

Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an Office Clerk role in Boston, MA.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Temp to Perm

Start Date: Within two to three weeks.

Location: Intersect of Boylston Street and Belvidere Street in Boston, MA. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.

Pay: $20.00 to $ 20.00/hr

Length: Temp to Hire

Hours : 9AM to 5PM

PLEASE NOTE: This is an onsite, in-office role. No other options available.

Responsibilities for the Office Clerk role include:

  • Prepare Letters.

  • Prepare FedEx Labels.

  • Scanning.

  • Interface in our real estate closing application to assist with production and processing transactions.

  • Assisting in Multi-site commercial real estate closing transactions.

  • May act or assist with coordinating of other projects.

Qualifications for this Office Clerk role:

  • Completed High School Diploma or GED.

  • Must have excellent attendance.

  • Minimum of one year of administrative experience.

  • Polished communicator (written/verbal).

  • Previous real estate knowledge preferred, but not required.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
