Job Summary:
As part of Robotics Supply Chain’s (RSC) Program Management Office (PMO) team we are actively seeking a Program Manager Risk & Resiliency. The RSC organization sources, manufactures and delivers a portfolio of robotics technology globally and supports our network of global fulfilment and transportation solutions. The PMO team drives critical programs for RSC and enables capabilities to further our maturity as a supply chain organization. The team works horizontally across RSC and closely with our IT, Finance and Legal partners on key initiatives around systems and tools, data and analytics, resilience, and process excellence. We are seeking an experienced Risk & Resilience Program Manager to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that enhance the robustness of our robotics supply chain operations. This role will focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while building resilience across our global supply chain network incl. suppliers, manufacturing partners, and distribution channels. This Program Manager will establish frameworks for identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks while building organizational capabilities for rapid response and recovery. They will own the development and implementation of comprehensive risk management programs that span operational, geopolitical, and market-related vulnerabilities and establish KPIs and metrics to measure supply chain resilience and risk exposure. The role requires extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of risk mitigation strategies, risk scenario planning and response exercises. As a new role within the organization, this individual will leverage their extensive experience to develop and implement strategies, principles, and guidance from scratch that align with the company's overall objectives. The successful candidate will need to be highly confident in their ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and build consensus around new ideas. They will work independently with minimal guidance, demonstrating a strong ability to problem-solve, make informed decisions, and navigate a complex organizational landscape. The role requires deep understanding of supply chain principles, risk management methodologies, and proven experience in developing and implementing risk mitigation frameworks. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for driving cross-functional initiatives and maintaining effective partnerships across the organization and with external partners whilst providing regular reporting to senior management on risk status and program effectiveness.
Key job responsibilities
Institutionalize capabilities within the order management organization by leading initiatives from conceptualization to implementation
Develop a program roadmap and strategy documentation to ensure clear communication and coordination of needs for the business while prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders, responsibilities, and delivering multiple first-of-their-kind programs
Utilize strong leadership and stakeholder management & communication skills to align diverse teams, communicate program status and insights to Leadership teams, providing recommendations to drive strategic decisions
Continuously looking out for new opportunities to strengthens the field service organization through automation and standardization implementing repeatable processes

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
5+ years of regulatory and risk management experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Program / Project Management certification e.g. Prince 2, APM, PMI, CSM or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Certified Six Sigma Qualification
• Proficient in data analysis, using SQL, Tableau, Python, or other tools to derive insights from complex datasets
• Experience with supply chain risk management software and analytics tools
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in supply chain visibility and risk monitoring
