Research Finance Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Research Finance Analyst to join our research finance department. In this role, you will perform data cleanup, manage research financial transactions, and handle billing for all grants and programs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain well-rounded experience early in your career, working independently and interfacing with executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Perform data cleanup for research financial transactions.

• Manage billing processes for all grants and programs.

• Handle grant-related financial activities independently.

• Collaborate with executive leaders such as VP of Research Ops, SVP, and Directors on special projects.

Essential Skills

• Experience in billing and research finance.

• Proficiency in data entry.

• Knowledge of research programs.

• Experience with Workday.

• Previous experience in a research finance environment.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days onsite. You will work with a team of research finance analysts and collaborate with executive leaders. The position is a contract through January 2026 with the potential for extension.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
