YOUR ROLE

  • Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations

  • Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in the LIM systems

  • Support manufacturing to ensure quality product delivery

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize processes towards customer requirements

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies

  • Collaborate closely with product management, production and sourcing teams to develop new products and nurture current product lines through product

  • Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar.

  • 5-8 years of experiences with laboratory bench-top, pilot and production equipment.

  • Full scale chemical manufacturing is a plus.

  • Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GPC, NMR, FTIR, KF are preferred.

  • Knowledge in Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis is a plus.

  • Travel to 3rd party manufacturing will be on a production run basis, up to 10%.

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
