We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team, supporting one of our premier clients known globally for providing electronics to the aerospace industry. This is a great opportunity for growth with competitive pay and benefits.

Location: Bothell, WA

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00/hr (based on experience)

Dress Code: Business casual

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders

• Ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies

• Communicate with internal teams and customers to track order status and manage delays

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal standards

• Assist with pricing, billing, and accounts receivable

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 4+ years of customer service or supply chain experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
