Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the facilities management supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Boulder, CO

Pay Range: $29 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and building systems.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical problems while checking blueprints and repair manuals as necessary.

• Maintain detailed documentation of service ticket repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Work with production personnel to troubleshoot mechanical problems and ensure smooth operations.

• Support the Safety Program by addressing facilities issues and maintaining a safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant manufacturing facility maintenance function.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college or trade school preferred.

• Proficiency with personal computers, including Windows, Word, and Excel.

• Demonstrated dependability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be on your feet for eight hours.
