Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Property Maintenance and Management industry. This role will be responsible for overseeing and improving operational processes across the company.Job is a hybrid of Working from Home and On the Road in a company provided Van and Gas.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Daily Operations: Manage daily operations for Maintenance and Management services, ensuring efficient job scheduling, technician support, and high-quality service delivery.Checking on Buildings and Teams at night throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.Office Administration: Monitor and manage emails, calendars, schedules of business operations across different departments. Deal with general administrative tasks such as assembling logs, sourcing products and ordering. Prepare business materials, logs and reports as needed.Property Management: Visit various properties under management, meet with tenants and clients regarding any repairs or issues and determine the course of action to repair them or find a vendor to make the repairs.Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor service teams, promoting professional growth, accountability, and high performance.Optimize Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and maintain service quality.Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize and uphold exceptional customer service standards to exceed customer expectations and improve overall satisfaction.Is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal and Business Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for our property management business and assist with personal life management. This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.General ResponsibilitiesMonitor and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.Act as a liaison between various parties, including vendors, tenants, and business contacts.Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business and personal matters.QualificationsProven experience as an administrative or personal assistant, or in a related field.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and scheduling tools.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Experience with property management or real estate (preferred but not required).Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic and evolving workload.Job Type: Full-time
