Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with various departments to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for all stages of the manufacturing process.

  • Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests of materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports. Prepare and present quality reports to management.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality management systems such as ISO 9001.

  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve quality issues, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.

  • Training: Provide training and support to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and inspection techniques. Proficiency with quality management software and tools.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to various stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
