Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for executive management. The Assistant will answer client emails and also collaborate with cross-functional HDL teams to manage data inputs and outputs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be a primary point of administrative support.
- Responsible for the preparation of draft monthly reports, agendas, project presentations, and meeting minutes, including weekly teleconference minutes, and archiving all inbound and outbound communication (using MS Word, MS Excel, and/or MS PowerPoint).
- Assist with program scheduling and action item management.
- Assist with the execution of administrative tasks covering incoming contracts, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Assist with required shipping paperwork and scheduling to ensure products are shipped on time.
- Provide administrative support for customer source inspections, customer furnished material accounting, product return and service work.
- Other tasks as assigned.
