One of our clients in the Brentwood area is looking for a Billing Specialist for a contract to permanent placement opportunity.

• Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices.

• Check the validity of debit accounts.

• Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments.

• Prepare and present reports on billing activity.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any billing issues.

• Collaborate with finance and sales professionals to maintain accurate accounts.

• Assist with customer account reconciliations.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a billing specialist.

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of billing procedures.

• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Problem-solving attitude.

• Able to work accurately under tight deadlines.

• Degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field is a plus.
