The role primarily involves managing and processing data, ensuring customer service, and utilizing various software applications. Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing and entering customer data

• Using 10-key skills to perform calculations and organize files

• Ensuring high-quality customer service through email correspondence and direct interaction

• Scanning, typing, and organizing files as part of maintaining accurate customer records

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage and process data

• Promptly resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts

• Taking appropriate action based on customer account monitoring

• Ensuring efficient data entry processes are maintained and improved where necessary. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in 10 Key Skills
