Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of analyses relating to the financial statements and operations for the hospital-based physicians.

What you will do in this role:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of tools and systems that will be used in the M&A and related transitional processes.

• Assist in the process improvement program, including project timelines and design/workflow management.

• PS-SMA reporting and analysis.

• Familiar with revenue cycle policies.

• Fixed asset system reporting and analysis.

• Ad hoc report development in platforms such as Microstrategy/Essbase/Business Objects

• Provides support to practice accounting related to standard billing systems & reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business-related field

• 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting position

• healthcare experience preferred

• Knowledgeable in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

• Experience with automated financial and accounting reporting systems.

• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
