Inframark, LLC Assistant Project Manager/Superintendent in Bridgeport, Connecticut
Job Description
Seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Superintendent with 7+ years of experience in wastewater/water treatment and a Connecticut Class 4 Wastewater License.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Oversee hiring, training, performance, and development.
Project Evaluation: Recommend improvements in staffing, scheduling, and equipment.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports.
Procurement: Manage material procurement.
Documentation: Maintain work order system and records.
Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 7+ years in wastewater treatment or equivalent experience.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License and CT Class 4 Wastewater Operator License or eligibility for reciprocity.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in facility operations, Microsoft Office, and analytical results interpretation.
Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication and positive customer experience.
Problem Solving: Detail-oriented with innovative problem-solving skills.
Management Skills: Effective task delegation, prioritization, and feedback.
Leadership: Motivates team, aligns with company values, and champions change.
Physical Demands: Office environment with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Travel: 5-10%
