Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative, based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This role involves playing a key part in processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications to ensure efficiency.

• Maintain and update customer credit records using MS Office tools.

• Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their status.

• Use data entry skills to maintain and update various databases.

• Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.

• Assist in project management tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must possess strong customer service skills

• Proficiency in MS Office is required

• Experience in data entry is necessary

• Prior experience in Customer Service or a Call Center is required

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus

• Capability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Should possess a collaborative and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Adherence to company's policies and procedures

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
