Description

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks, including processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and addressing financial inquiries. This role also involves monitoring financial accounts and implementing necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process financial transactions and maintain detailed records

• Execute account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger

• Create and review journal entries and month-end close procedures

• Support operational tasks such as tracking employee receipts for corporate credit cards and depositing checks

• Act as a backup for accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Work closely with a small team, contributing to a cooperative work environment

• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the business when necessary

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have Strong Excel (pivots, lookups).
