The Specialist, Brand Communications will play a crucial role in translating business strategy into effective communication briefs and plans. This position requires a dynamic individual who can work cross-functionally within a matrixed organization to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute communication strategies that align with business objectives.
Translate business strategies into clear and actionable communication briefs and plans.
Collaborate with various departments, including Brand Marketing, Community & Culture, Experiential, Media and Sales, to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
Manage and coordinate communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor and analyze communication campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Experience and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in brand communications, marketing, or a related role.
Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate business objectives into communication plans.
Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
Preferred Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as, interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally within a matrixed organization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet strict deadlines.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in communication tools and platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Top consideration will be given to local candidates and those willing to relocate to Bridgewater, NJ; Chicago, IL; West Palm Beach, FL.
The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000- $90,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
