Hiring Field Service Technicians in Brighton, CO

Compensation:

• Pay: $32.00 - $38.00/hr (based on experience)

• Shift: 1st, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial mechanic experience

• Proficiency with diesel and electrical systems (up to 4160 mid voltage, 480v)

• Maintenance and repair skills

• Experience with overhauling compressors

Job Description:

• Maintain and troubleshoot our fleet

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on malfunctioning equipment

• Conduct preventative maintenance

• Document all work daily using company-provided hardware and software

• Optimize processes within your territory

• Travel to customer sites within the region (based in Brighton, CO)

Work Environment:

• Mid-sized shop with a smaller service team

• Respond to emergency calls every 2-4 months

• Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with minimal overtime

• Pay varies based on experience, ranging from $32-$38/hr for service technicians, potentially exceeding $40/hr for those with 10-15 years of direct experience
