Welcome to the realm of Cloud and Infra Security! As a dedicated security expert, you will work closely with clients to evaluate their unique needs, design and implement tailored security solutions, and transform their Cloud and Network Security postures. Your collaborative spirit will help shape Avanade's global security offerings and demonstrate thought leadership. Together we do what matters.

What you will do:

· Design and implement solutions in the cloud and network security space

· Leverage Microsoft security capabilities to secure on-premises and cloud environments

· Apply industry and compliance best practices for protecting cloud and hybrid environments

· Evaluate client needs and tailor security plans accordingly

· Transform client security postures through innovative technologies

· Contribute to Avanade's global security offerings

· Stay at the cutting-edge of Microsoft Security technology

Skills and experiences

· Proven experience in designing and implementing Azure Security Controls to meet compliance or industry best practices

· Experience in designing and implementing Azure’s native Network Security Controls

· Understanding of Network Virtual Appliances, Micro-segmentation, SASE, and Infrastructure as Code

· Knowledge of managing and governing cloud and network security controls within public and hybrid cloud architectures

· Understanding of business, privacy, security, and compliance challenges in secure development lifecycle

· Experience in security, incident, and event management solutions, particularly Azure Sentinel

· Good understanding of threat modelling, risk, and mitigation concerning applications
