The Opportunity

Sought after opportunity for an experienced Team Administrator to join our highly successful property management team for our prestigious account. They operate in a fast paced, commercial environment that will utilise your attention to detail and strong administrative skills.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative support to the Facilities Management team in service delivery across assets at a state level

  • Onboarding new starters in the state

  • A pivotal point between onsite facility management team, FM Team leader and the client to ensure FM tasks are completed on time

  • Supporting national initiatives and driving participation and outcomes within the FM team

  • Championing change such as a new services platform rollout, process improvements and system updates

About you:

  • Administration experience with the ability to organise and manage daily time critical tasks with accuracy and speed

  • A proactive and positive approach to work with attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships.
