Gatekeeper Systems USA Manufacturing Liaison in Bristol, Pennsylvania

The Position:

Gatekeeper Systems USA Inc. is experiencing substantial growth We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Manufacturing Liaison for our Delaware, PA office. The Manufacturing Liaison would be our interface between engineering and production as well as between our offices in the USA and Canada. The successful candidate will need to be trained on our current processes in our head office in Canada and able to travel between the USA and Canada.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Manage Engineering Release Orders (ERO's), Engineering Change Orders (ECO's) and New Product Introductions (NPI's)

§ Maintain software release folder (ensure correct software and firmware is available for products)

§ Create, introduce and maintain travel tags and implement into production

§ Generate and maintain part numbers for parts and assemblies

§ Create, introduce and maintain assembly and test procedures

§ Govern and audit processes to ensure compliance

§ Conduct periodic inspections and reviews

§ Provide a point of contact effectively managing the back and forth between engineering and production related to manufacturing process questions, quality concerns and product issues

§ Manage and maintain customer configurations for Gatekeeper products: Auto Wake/MWM/Wi-Fi/DVR

§ Follow all Gatekeeper Systems USA Inc. policies, procedures and protocols

§ Able to assist with production/shipping when necessary

§ Other duties as required

Education and Qualifications / Experience:

§ Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in a technology manufacturing environment

§ Certification or Diploma in electronics

§ Fluent in reading, writing and oral communication in English

§ Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

§ Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.

§ Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and written communication skills

§ Eligible to work in the US

§ Able to travel to our head office in Canada and other locations when needed

§ Criminal background screening required

Non-technical Competencies:

Ideally you will have excellent team player, interpersonal and written communication skills, be a self-starter, well organized, detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision and to tight deadlines. Key to success in this role will be the ability to be hands on, think analytically and problem solve effectively.

Salary range:

$45,000 -- $50,000 per annum depending on experience
