The Supervisor, Creative Business Operations Program Management will oversee a team of production

artists, videographers, and project managers as a part of Zebra's in-house brand and creative team - Twenty6 Studios. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other managers within the agency to deliver highquality production projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of production artists, videographers, and project managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Oversee day to day operations of production agency, including resource & capacity planning, client & project escalations and reporting on team utilization

• Responsible for continual process optimization efforts such as internal & external process efficiencies, schedule standardization and template & guideline adherence

• Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, working closely with team members to maintain consistency

• Is proactive in the assessment of constraints, dependencies and risks facing projects and programs to maximize the team’s ability to meet requirements and deadlines and reduce shift.

• Delivers weekly status report of project health based on assessment to key stakeholders and leadership

• Builds and maintains relationships across marketing to ensure strong partnership opportunities for Twenty6 Studios

• Acts as the primary contact for production updates, effectively managing project statuses and addressing any challenges

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Business or equivalent work experience

Minimum Work Experience (years): 5+ years of production management experience

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Experience leading and managing a creative team

• Marketing production management experience including email, web, demand generation, digital advertising

• Experience working in project management and collaboration software such as Hive or Workfront

• Detailed understanding of the creative production process and experience working with creative directors, copywriters, designers, videographers and other creative resources.
