Support Resideo deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Resideo's next generation Comfort/Water control product by specifying those designs, creating system specification, reviewing testing and validating product plans. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of engineering projects and programs. You will interact with internal and external customers in order to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.

JOB ACTIVITIES

• Responsible for system design of electro-mechanic products for Resideo Comfort/Water business

• Partner with product managers and product owners to translate market needs into detailed technical specification, evaluate those market needs for technical feasibility

• Take ownership for developing products from their definition phase into production.

• Became technical lead for project execution, partner with mechanical, electrical/electronic and software design engineers, guide and support them to deliver state-of-the-art product design

• Accomplish all project development phases of concept, design, engineering verification and support of production implementation of design under your responsibility

• Evaluate different concepts and propose technical improvements

• Take ownership and conduct systematic and risk mitigation methods design methods – functional diagram, design and product FMEA

• Communicate with vendors and suppliers

• Plan and execute project tasks

• Ensure project and product compliance

YOU MUST HAVE

• Master's degree in Engineering

• Ability to create and maintain detailed system specification

• Good knowledge system interaction

• Written and verbal English language skills

• 2 years of experience at similar role
